June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month, a celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities around the world.  Thousands of parades, fairs, and other gatherings happen around the world every June to commemorate the Stonewall Bar uprising, which occurred in June 1969, representing for many the beginning of the LGBTQ Rights Movement. Many businesses and other institutions offer LGBTQ Pride Month inclusion trainings to their employees and other stakeholders to honor this history.

In addition to offering LGBTQ 101 trainings, Gender & Pronoun 101 trainings, and Advanced LGBTQ Best Practices (201) trainings during Pride Month, I have offered LGBTQ inclusion training sessions that cover how to be a respectful ally at pride celebrations, LGBTQ history trainings, and facilitated discussions about how to celebrate LGBTQ Pride Month in the workplace. These sessions are great opportunities for LGBTQ and straight and/or cisgender employees alike to raise their awareness about LGBTQ gatherings in their area and learn about the history and importance of LGBTQ pride celebrations.

For more information about LGBTQ inclusion trainings, check out my LGBTQ workplace inclusion training info sheets, my full list of provider trainings, and full list of services. Click here to request a free training consultation directly with me or email info@infinitediversityllc.com.

I offer LGBTQ+ Pride trainings for many other LGBTQ holidays observed annually, including:

These annual celebrations and remembrances are great opportunities for your workplace or organization to talk about LGBTQ inclusion and LGBTQ allyship. LGBTQ workplace inclusion trainings are available for corporate pride affinity groups, leadership teams, providers, educators, faith leaders, and any other community looking to be better allies to LGBTQ people.
